Many tasks come with four stages:

  1. Request
  2. Completion
  3. Edit/Revision
  4. Final Approval

1.) How long do tasks take to complete?

Each request is unique and some will take longer than others. But the most important factor determining the speed of your work coming back is the level of detail you give us to work with when your requests are submitted. Tickets that have all of the details and info requested in the ticket guide are consistently the fastest tickets we get done. If you don't have all the information, don't worry! We'll do our best to work around it or fill in the gaps. But please do what you can to assist us with the information found in the descriptions.
